  First off, This game having Single player gives it a great step up in my book. I am so sick of every dinosaur survival game being a MMO PVP. Where groups of players bully you. HOWEVER, 30 minutes of this game and I am already bored and feel no need to continue surviving. At the current state of the game I can not recommend it! The sound and animations are awful loops. Its not natural looking or sounding what so ever. The sounds and animations abruptly start and end. The world itself is big and pretty but does not in any sense feel like a living ecosystem/world. I felt more like I was walking through a tech demo with randomly walking AI. There's no life to the world and animations. Hell the combat for the most part consisted of snap snap kill and snap snap die. There's no combat wounds, no marks, no finishing moves for the final hit. You don't even physically eat your food. You bite it and your bar increases. Watching them fight and thrive in documentaries and movies and then coming here. It just does not add up. Hell no game to date has ever made an real feeling dinosaur survival game. Jurassic World Evolution had the sick animations and came very close to real looking fights but it was not a survival game. My advice to the developer is to keep making the game scientifically accurate. For the living world part take a look at how red dead redemption 2 did its world. Random encounters and an ever changing sky and weather system with intractable grass, trees, shrubs and very dense forests. Evolved also had a nice world. Take a look at the animation and sound quality from Jurassic world evolution. Then add in more gore, like losing your tail or arm in a battle or breaking a foot or leg bone and losing your sprint ability. Scars from previous fatal battle you survived. scares/wounds that make you take it easy as they heal. Maybe through a timer system. The last thing you want is to barely beat a T-Rex only to have a group of raptors smell your wounds and charge in for an easy meal. Also when you feed there needs to be bloody physical meat. meat that turns your teeth and mouth red. your ripping chucks off a dead body. not eating a gourmet stake. Last but not least, perhaps a online co-op mode for 2-4 where you and other players can take on the world as pack hunters like raptors or as a duo of T-Rex. I'm going to keep my eye on this game and my hopes up for the developers but not too high. As of right now this game needs a whole rework of the world and fighting/living mechanics. Huge thumps up for not focusing on the MMO gender. Here's hopes that in the future we get a hardcore brutally real survival game. From this developer or another... -Update- Replayed the game again. Took 15 minutes before I uninstalled again. Fighting in the game is Hilariously bad and animations still start and stop abruptly. Forest looked slightly denser and the overall quality slightly better. but it's still a hard pass for me. Your still better off watching dinos in JP Evolution 1 or 2 then you are, playing as one in this game. Will try again in the future.

  looked like fun from the pictures, but after playing a few minutes of it, its complete trash and is not worth 12.99, its basically 0.99 worth of a game

  Fun little game that allows you to play as an ever adapting dinosaur. You start out as a baby T-Rex and must choose your meals wisely as a bigger dinosuar can kill you and you lose all your XP. I haven't seen another dinosuar survival game like this and I'm liking this already. I hope more and more content gets added. Cant wait until they add the triceratops which is under devolopement.

  This is literally a worse version of Saurion. In fact some of the models look like they were stolen from the other game, like the Rex.

  I just completed the game today and before I get into my thoughts of the game keep in mind that this is an Early Access Game which has been out for only 16 days. That being said you can’t expect it to be on the same level as a game that has been in Early Access for months or the same level as a finished product. Onto my thoughts… After 20.1 hours of gameplay I have found that this game is well built for the most part and is well thought out. The game requires using a different play style at the different phases of your dinosaur's development. The way you set your dinosaur's stats really does affect how easy or hard the game is. The game’s main weaknesses are things that tend to happen because it is early in development and they are listed below. 1) Dinosaurs being dead and still standing up. 2) Your dinosaur being able to walk on water. 3) NPC animals being able to go into the end of the game world. 4) Your dinosaur randomly looking up at the sun. 5) All dinosaurs can walk through logs that are laying down on the ground. 6) Lastly the game crashing. The hunting in the game is not dramatic and since there is no music in the game the only things that cause tension when you are hunting or being hunted are the sounds of the dinosaurs and your thoughts. Some people may not like the lack of music in the game and it can sound a bit repetitive, but the sounds make it feel like nature. I did notice that there aren’t any sounds made by your Tyrannosaurus Rex while it is eating which is unrealistic since at the least you would hear the sounds of the bones being crushed and the flesh torn when the Tyrannosaurus Rex takes a bite. The objects in the game are well made and nicely detailed. The movements of the animals are smooth and the textures are well done. The level of realism with the shading and all of the textures is nice. My final thoughts on the game are that if you want a game that is focused on life in the dinosaur age, allows the environment to change as your animal grows, gives you the perspective of how life as a dinosaur might have been, and is overall a really fun game where you get to be the king of the tyrant lizards A.K.A. Tyrannosaurus Rex then this game may be for you.

  This game has promise and for the little i have played i can say im going to like this game as its early stage. Its just nice to see these games around dont no why it cant be main stream just needs the followers! Shout out to the devs for bringing this game to light and hope it gets to the end stage that will be worth the $13 easy as now its a good taste of whats to come.

  Absolutely lovely game. While it's a bit sparse on things to do at the moment, it is an excellent way to pass the time for anyone interested in dinosaurs. It has many of the features that I loved about both Saurian and The Isle, but it's also primed for lower-spec computers, which is wonderful for us budget paleontology nerds. I look forward to seeing what the full game has to offer.

  Where to begin, fun game, you die a lot, not many dinos to start off on the map so u have to find some, the attack graphics are TERRIBLE, basically you just much on stuff, half of the dinos are NOT AVAILABLE so you cant pick and choose, the tutorial is very bsic with poorly instituted graphics. That said this game still has potential and i would recommend as IF they keep going with this and spruce it up and fix some of the stuff. As of 12/21/2018 I REALLY want to change my review to NOT recommended. They havent really dont much with the dinos still die right off the bat even with a Trex...The graphics have gotten slightly better so im still gonna hold out and say recommend IF ON SALE> 12/27/2018 Have changed my review to NOT RECOMMENDED at this time. This needs A LOT more work before i can recommend anyone spend money on it
