Channel List Editor Trial Введение

Channel List Editor is an easy, fast and comfortable way to sort channels on your TV.

This app enables you to easily sort TV channels with your smartphone instead of using the remote control. Sorting channels on your TV can be especially tedious if you own a TV with a built-in sat receiver resulting in a list of more than 1000 channels.

Although not restricted to any TV set manufacturer, Channel List Editor is currently targeted at supporting TVs of the company Samsung.

To use Channel List Editor, you need the following:

- an Android smartphone supporting the USB mass storage mode

- the data USB cable of your Android device

After installing Channel List Editor on your phone, you'll have to follow these steps:

- connect you phone to your Samsung TV set via the USB data cable

- activate the USB mass storage mode on your phone

- your device should now be recognized as a USB mass storage device (i.e. USB stick) by the TV set

- now export the channel list of your TV via USB

- on newer Samsung TVs this feature usually can be found in the menu (see the manual of your TV)

- on older TVs (such as the B series like the LE40B679) this feature is 'hidden', but can be executed through a specific key combination on the remote control (see http://blog.channellisteditor.com for more information)

- open the Channel List Editor app on your phone

- if the export of the channel list worked fine, the channels should be listed in the app

- start editing channel positions by either moving (recommended) or swapping

If you buy the full version of Channel List Editor the next step would be to save the changes in the app and then import the modified channel list in your TV again.

General restrictions:

- only sattelite channels are supported for now.
