  great game, its a lot of fun. the demo is more than enough to decide if its a game fit for you, it doesnt require a super good computer to run, so perfect for me running this off of a laptop.

  It's Holopoint, but with swords and upgrades. This game is extremely physically demanding at higher levels, and it requires physical movement around the play space. People who are very out of shape and people with small play spaces should absolutely avoid this game. I am capable of side stepping reasonably fast (despite the fact that I'm very overweight), and my play space is about 2.5m x 1.5m - these are the least favorable conditions under which you should purchase this game. I moreover found myself wishing that I had some better cable management system than I have - on the last two levels, I found myself restricted by my VR headset's cable. Endurium is extremely simple - there are drones, they fire beams at you. If you get hit, you lose health. You can avoid getting hit by either physically dodging out of the way or by hitting the beam with your sword. Sometimes the drones fire special beams - which require you to hit them differently somehow - and hitting these beams gives you mana ("endurium") which allows you to use your sword to fire a beam back at the drones. The goal is to either survive for a certain period of time or to defeat a certain number of drones, depending on the level. The game has a progression system where you can upgrade your base stats and equippable upgrades. Some of the equippable upgrades are significantly better than others, but these are usually the last to unlock - so you get some good play time out of each type of module no matter what. You can also customize how your swords look, which is kinda neat. This game is fun. It has you running around your play space and hitting things with your sword. Periodically it lets up just enough to give you a quick breath, but it's pretty consistent. Hitting the beams with your sword is satisfying, and the variety of beams breaks any sort of monotony you might expect. The yellow beam in particular - which forces you to dodge it - forces you to move around the play area instead of standing still. It's a great inclusion, because it teaches you that you *can* dodge beams instead of hitting every one of them. Moreover, endurium bolts - special shots that charge your endurium all the way - turn the game from a painful and scary slog into a reasonably forgiving experience; with the right module, an endurium bolt is a nice heal. Because of this, you never feel like you're out of the game, even if you're low on health. Unfortunately, the game lacks polish - at the time of this writing, there's a number of typos still in the game (including in the tutorial and the "prefferences") and a few of the achievements are still broken. Moreover, the game is tagged as a "Score Attack" game but it lacks a visible leaderboard. These would be fatal flaws if the developer abandoned the game - as it stands, the developer is still around, and you can see the game get patches on occasion. A lack of polish hurts Endurium significantly. However, the developer is still active, and on sale it is $3. $3 is barely the cost of a cup of coffee - it is easy to overlook the game's flaws at that price point, especially if there is a reasonable expectation that the developer will finish polishing the game.

  I was blown away. The customization options for your sabers are top-notch - you can change the hilt, blade color, size, length, and even the material of the hilt. And the gameplay itself is intense, especially on the higher difficulty levels. I loved the level-based game mode and the endurance mode, which allowed me to keep playing for longer stretches of time. The variety of environments and enemies kept things fresh, and the skill tree and upgrades added an extra layer of depth to the game. All in all, I highly recommend Endurium to any fans of VR lightsaber games - it's definitely worth a play and you'll want to join the Discord https://discord.gg/utPMNzZpJW

  Another great lightsaber game for the VR collection. The game gives you plenty of levels to understand the fundamentals of the game but I really enjoyed the endless mode, as it allows you to customize the amount of bots as well as the types of *beams?* that come at you. on the higher difficulties, with the 8 max bots, it really does become an intense exercise. You've really gotta challenge that inner Obi-wan Kenobi. As a lightsaber game, its on par with Beat Saber and modded Blade and Sorcery. Definitely worth a pick up.

  In this game, you wield two "plasma wraiths", which are essentially lightsabers but with a few extra tricks up their sleeves. You face off against bots as well as 4 different types of drones. Different types of attacks must be countered in different ways: slash, double slash, charged slash, block, deflect, and dodge. You also collect energy that when fully charged allows you to launch a special attack. The primary game mode is level based. Clear enough levels to unlock the next tier of difficulty, which involves more opponents, tougher opponents, and increased speeds. It took me quite a while just to unlock the third tier, so I can't even imagine what the highest difficulty (there are 9) is like. Clearing levels also unlocks upgrades to your attacks and defenses. There is also an endurance game mode which continues until you lose. There is a variety of environments in which you can play, each with their own music track. You can also customize the look of your sabers. The hilt is divided into three sections, each with multiple shape options. You can also change the primary and secondary hilt colors as well as the blade color. The left and right sabers can even be configured differently. In other words, there is a large number of possible combinations. I did run into a problem where it froze after completing the tutorial, forcing me to quit the game and restart it. It also froze the first time I unlocked a new difficulty tier because Windows Defender had a problem with it, but encountered no further problems after allowing access. The only real complaint I have is that when you are low on health, the image gets really grainy. I find this very distracting and at first thought that something was going wrong with my new headset. Hopefully an option to disable this feature is added in the future. As for compatibility, I tested this game on an HP Reverb G2 with Index controllers and had no issues at all with gameplay. It did show me the controls for Vive controllers during the tutorial, but it was no big deal to figure out the correct controls for my setup. I have found the game to be quite enjoyable so far. It's a bit slow at first, but gets much more fun at higher difficulty levels. The visuals are decent, I like the music choices, and there is more than enough challenge there to keep me coming back. I definitely recommend it.

  I am VERY impressed with this game! I thought it would be like every other light-sword type of game, but it was A LOT different. Endurium has a skill tree, multiple environments, a funny tutorial, and a ton more! I like all of the enemies, and the concept that the game gets harder and harder! The most IMPRESSIVE feature (in my opinion) is the fact that you can completely CUSTOMIZE your “plasma blades” from TOP to BOTTOM by changing the hilt, blade color, size, and length. You can also change the material of the hilt. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this game. I am exited to see where this game will go! :D
