  Pros: Steering feels great, slidey arcade fun Rumbling with controller gives solid feedback for nitrous and sliding Great soundtrack Varied environments, night/day/dirt/snow/pavement Cons: Low track variety Can only customize car color and stat upgrades Steering can feel too sharp sometimes(i.e. car has perfectly sharp steering, doesn't require braking skill) Don't know if developers will keep updating the game with features, seems like little communication Fun little game, worth my money, haven't tried multiplayer yet but it's easy to pick up and probably great for as a couch multiplayer. Wish it had a map creator/editor and more car modification options.

  I REALLY wanted to like this, and It does come close, but right away, the controls feel BAD. And yes, right away I changed from pointing to classic controls, but it still FELT bad. I really hope they fix that, and Recognize that too.

  Controls aren't bad, they are broken. Both keyboard and controller have the same issue. There is about a half second latency from input to response. You can see problem in the arrow that tells you what direction you are turning. When you apply input instead of responding, the arrow will twitch in the wrong direction, vibrate, then respond. This is a disaster for an 8-bit retro style game whose core should be based around a high framerate low latency feel. Game looks great, and I hope they fix the controls because it looks like it could be fun, but it is a horrible chore right now. Like one of those drunk driving sim cars they put high school kids in to demonstrate poor response time.

  This game is A LOT OF FUN. I'm a sucker for pixel graphics and these pixels are crunchier than a bag of kettle-baked Lay's. The mechanics of the game (steering, drifting, nitro) are pretty easy to master but when you hit it all just right, drift perfectly through a hairpin curve and nitro boost out into the straight away you feel like a gawdam champion. 10/10 would recommend. Haven't tried online yet, I doubt there's enough a player base but whatever. Still worth the 10 duckets I dropped on it during the sale. It's a nice little time killer and just plain, good fun. 10/10 would recommend

  I downloaded the game because of the nifty pixel artwork and the nice concept, and because it showed up when I search for games like "Super Cars" and "Micromachines" on steam. I tried the game for a few minutes before giving up, uninstalling it and asking for a refund. I mean all they had to to was make the car turn left with left and right with right. Instead I got a convoluted "pointing control" scheme which resulted in me losing the control of my car and crushing every few seconds. The "Classic Control" scheme was even worse somehow. No matter how much I tried I couldn't control my car adequately to finish a lap, let alone win a race. My advice to the developers of the game: Play some "Super Cars" or "Micromachines" and see how the games control there. That's what the average person who stumbles upon your game expect the controls to be like. As things are the controls are terrible, *especially* for fans of old top racers.

  Some suggestion： 1 When my car was crowded in couple cars， it‘s hard to see the arrow . I can't know car's direction.The nitro bar sometimes covers the arrow too. 2 There isn't the function to make car back to track quikly.
