[h1]Gameplay[/h1] Connect dots and create animated masterpieces with your trusty paint bucket and magic roller. If you find connecting dots to be a fun and wholesome experience, there's eight ladies to color and draw. If you don't find connecting dots to be fun (or wholesome), there's a "quick draw" gauge that periodically fills, which can be used to autocomplete small portions of each level. Once you finish "drawing" an image, you will unlock its respective CG in the gallery. [h1]Story[/h1] There is no story (and I'm not making one up). [h1]Visuals[/h1] The titlescreen looks great, except for [i]one little thing[/i] — the "quit" button is spelled "quite". The user-interface is very appealing. From the "gearbox" icon, you can adjust audio, language and display preferences. CGs can be reviewed from the "Gallery", and finished "drawings" can be viewed from the level-select screen (by hovering over a completed level and hitting the "magnifying glass".) The user-interface can't be hidden, [b]which really sucks.[/b] [b]- The Goods-[/b] There are eight animated CGs to unlock, each with up to four variants depicting stages sexual intercourse. In the final option, you can hold down the mouse button to advance a timer and reach [i]climax[/i] (which is unfortunately not animated.) The art and animations are really good, but it falls short of top-notch. The characters look imposed, and sometimes they move like jelly. [h1]Verdict[/h1] I definitely recommend this game, though the gameplay won't appeal to everyone. Given the sexual content, this is great buy, and I'd recommend this title for the CGs alone. It's a shame the user-interface can't be hidden when viewing the artwork — the ability to do so would vastly improve the game. However, this is a competent, relaxing game to play. [b]Paint Girl[/b] is one of the better "painter" games I've played this year, and well worth a purchase.   Somebody has been knocking on my door ever since I purchased this. It's been over 10 minutes and the knocking stopped; They are now trying to break down my door.   {I got this at a promo price because I have all the other developers games} Interesting concept compared to tile flippers and the like. Mechanics Some relaxing music plays and you have to "draw" the pictures of 8-10 girls (I forget). Starting with the head, you move the mouse around the traced lines of the girls features. Finish the head and it goes to the body etc until you complete the girl. Then you have to use a paint filler tool like in photoshop to find several locations to add colour. Once thats done a roller mechanism to add details and the picture becomes animated and much better. This unlocks a picture in the gallery you can go and view with an interactiove animated H scene. Art is great as usual, there are a variety of different girls (cowgirl, cyber, farm girl etc) with some minor voice acting. With the FREE DLC installed, once unlocked fully you can go to the animated screens and do things like touch, drop hot wax or use a device on them as well as good old fashioned in-out. (Complete with yogurt spillages). You can then revisit these scenes and tab through quickly if you want. If you were to complete the game "normally" (as in draw the girls as you should (for a cheevo) then its a bit more time consuming, but there is a function that charges a bar where you can press F and it draws quickly until the bar drains. Its a bit fiddly, but an interesting enough concept compared to the usual nonsense. I did this on first playthough just to unlock the girls then went back for one pic to get the cheevo for drawing it properly. As of 27th 9th all of the achievements work after a few glitch ones for some people early on were patched. Worth a look if you fancy something with tiddys a little different.

[h1]Gameplay[/h1] The "game" portion of this title is the punishment you must endure to access the adult content. It isn't difficult, however the detail drawing is best left to the fast draw feature. After the picture is drawn you use a paint bucket to fill the color in. You are given the number to fill and the number completed. The most difficult pictures are the ones with grey as you cannot see what you are missing, normally the mouth, eyes or shoes. After the color is filled in you use a paint roller from top to bottom to fill in details. After all of that the pictures are unlocked in the gallery, where the adult content is stored. [h1]Story[/h1] Absolutely no story. [h1]Menus[/h1] The title screen gives you an idea of the quality of the art. Simple Start, Gallery (if you have the adult patch installed), and Quit. Options are available once you select Start by a gear in the upper right corner, Sound volumes, language and Windowed or Full screen. [h1]The Goods[/h1] There are eight animated scenes that are unlocked in the Gallery after you paint each girl. There are icons on the right side to select what the scene shows, in general clothed, semi-naked, and action. There is an Eye icon in the upper right that hides the interface until you right click. Selecting the Action option and holding down the left mouse button reaches the climax scene. After you have reached the climax scene you can go back to the gallery where you will now see a camera icon where you can click through stills of the scenes, however you cannot hide the interface. [h1]Verdict[/h1] I recommend this game for the artwork. There are eight scenes to unlock and the artwork is good. The game portion is the price you have to pay to unlock the art.

  I really wanted to hate this game, but I can't. While it's no threat to the top titles in the R18 category, compared to its peers at the same price point it's a solid B+. I'd say I highly recommend it, but only if you play enough Hentai games that you already have, at least, the top 5 in this genre. If you're just dipping your toe in this pond, save your money. Most of the top names in this genre go on sale for as little as $2. Until you play Hunie Pop, Mirror, and Wish you shouldn't be buying from the "Under a Buck" bin. I found the game play enjoyable at first, but it got tedious pretty fast. To be fair, I've had some hand injuries such that these days they get sore fairly easily playing any type of video games. The game play is refreshingly innovative and unique among games in the same weight class. There is a "Skip" key similar to most R18 tile puzzle games, but you have to wait for it to recharge between uses. It takes a solid 2-3 minutes to finish a level even skipping along. I think I'ld like this game much better played on a touchscreen device, so if you use Steam link at home you might prefer that. I also should have tried the pen shaped computer mouse I have, but that seemed like more effort than a 60 cent game warranted. I think either of these input methods would highly improve the already decent game play. The H Scenes were well drawn and animated. Certainly not as interactive as the best titles in R18, but equal to the best of what the less than a dollar crowd has to offer. Better drawn with smoother movement than 8 out of 10 of its peers. This game impressed me enough that I will be purchasing the new paid DLC. And I wish that this Publisher's other games were in English, I would certainly give them a try. As bargain bin games go, this one is a diamond in the rough.

  Easy, simple, and good art. The game is worth the 2 bucks alone for the art, and the "painting" is not really that involved. In about 3 minutes of work you'll get some pretty serviceable h-scenes. For what this game is, the fact that you get some good artwork for a low price makes it worth it. Played with the DLC and the Uncensored Patch. I'd say worth a pick up if you got a dollar or two to spare.
