  A lot of the reviews mention being really immersed for hours until you reach the end of your career track and I agree. It's a fun game to sink a few hours into and try to max everything out and collect all the furniture, but after that there's not much else to do! I think this game holds a lot of promise and adds some fun elements to life sims that we don't normally get (decorating, driving). PROS: - The driving mechanic is interesting in that it allows you to drive if you want to! There's an optional penalty for hitting cop cars as well. You can also choose to let the game drive for you. - Nothing feels too overpriced or unobtainable and it's fairly easy to progress. - Cute graphics that don't require a strong pc to handle. - The ability to decorate your apartment! There's not a ton of options but I really enjoy that we can place things pretty much wherever we want. - Little mini games for work that you can also turn off (which I appreciate because I'm sorry but I do not know U2's album names lol) CONS: - Not a ton of social aspects to it beyond hoping you get a random interaction that gives you a new friend. - Not much to do after finishing your career, unless you like starting from square one in a different field. - About half of your character's dialog options are "okay." It's a little weird to see your friend say "thanks for hanging out with me" and your only response being "okay" lol

  [b]Early Access Review v.0.95[/b] This is the most casual in an already very casual genre - and I like it for that reason. But some might want more depth from their life simulators. This is a cheap, casual game you can pick up and put down in a short span of time and not dedicate hundreds of hours to. Little Lives is made by one developer and your life is centered around your vehicle. You start out renting a hotel for the night, being warned that the drivers around here are crazy. And boy, are they. I recommend playing around a bit with the manual driving mode and getting some of the cash pickups then for practicality reasons, defaulting to the top-down view where driving is automatic. Otherwise, you'll find yourself constantly running late to every event. I've been following the game for some time now and Little Lives was a bit more bare-bones than before. I've seen him add in the much appreciated Social system and various other tweaks and improvements in the game. For the Social system, it's a little confusing at times but you have a series of cards you can play with your network of acquaintances during outings that either increase or decrease their relationship level with you depending on how you do. You can pick up new cards by doing things like being promoted or reading the tabloid or newspaper. You won't ever own a mansion and have six kids with Little Lives like you will in The Sims but you'll upgrade the size of your apartments, stock it with groceries, decorate it a bit, make friends, get married, buy a new car, go to night classes, juggle your schedule, and get promotions. All while maintaining your hunger, energy, resting a bit, and sometimes going to the doctors for your health. It's a very schedule-intensive game and I had fun with it. 🏆Achievement hunters: There is merit to trying to 100% this game but the developer has said that he will likely add new achievements as updates go on. They are easy however and this game can be 100% in about 5-8 hours, taking approximately 5 hours at most to reach the top of the career level. ⏰This game is a life simulator so it has as much replayability as you want to give it. It has a multitude of different careers for you to try but there is no generational gameplay.   It's amusing for a while but spent about 5.8 hours and completed my career path already. :( It's a nice game to kill time, at the moment. I don't think it deserves a negative review because it has lovely graphics, heaps of potential but needs more content of course. There was a slight glitch/bug when in the apartment, when I tried to leave it wouldn't let me.

  It was enjoyable, and relaxing. 100%ed the achievements in 11 hours, hoping they add more content in the future. Anyways I recommend it, and even more so when it's on sale again.

  It's a cute game, a lot like the sims, but there just isn't enough. Not to mention the game is still really buggy. There will be times I get invited out by NPC's andddddd then after that it doesn't show me where to go, until the event is over. It's really frustrating. Also not enough interaction between you and NPCs, it's just kinda bland. Basic. I like the idea of the social menu being a game, but it doesn't really work when you don't dish out social cards, or something to assist with the social aspect of this game. If you're looking for something to keep you from touching sims a hot minute? Yea, this'll do the trick, but it's never going to replace it. The game overall is just aight. Could be better.

  I accidentally started dating a 70 year old lady, get 90% of my friends angry with me because i forget plans/cant make it to plans cause i fainted - but they somehow still love me, got to a point in the game where i found 0 progress, got evicted 3 times in a row and fainted from exhaustion/panic attack/hunger about 20 times trying to get out of 0 progress hell, have about 10x my weekly pay in debts and i hate (interacting with) my cat. i love cats. how is this possible

  Girlfriend got hospitalized because she ate shrooms in the forest about eight times now. Guy from work calls me everyday because he's drunk at the bar, asking me to pick him up. Very realistic, would recommend.

  As advertised, it is the tiny life of a person. You have only a car, pants, and shirt. Everything is expensive and traffic is infuriating. Try to flirt with the only person who will meet you for dinner and they tell they prefer a different gender and then leave you alone in the pizza parlor. Very realistic, you could become rich and famous - good luck! 10/10 life simulator.

  After my first play with the game, the dev added a lot more items in game, I don't think this was personally addressed with my issue of lack of stuff in game, but it just shows the dev was on same page with my thinking. So now I'm moving this up to a recommend, the price is in a good spot, it's a good coffee break life sim game with some love put into it.
