  A dungeon crawler with hot girls. What's not to like? The combat is challenging and there is a pure path. Only downside, it gets rapy some times. But that is optionel. Very good.

  Warning: This game is pretty bleak. Edit to my OG review: I took too long to try and return this, so now I'm playing it from time to time. As a game, this is fairly interesting, and I like it from a gameplay perspective. Much of the art and context of actual H-scenes is still far more grungy than I really like. All my original comments still stand. The game is bleak, non-consensual seems to be the focus, however past the opening [spoiler] where you get raped [/spoiler], the game does seem to give you the opportunity to look out for yourself. The world is very harsh, and the threat of rape is ever present, but it seems like you can avoid it. I would have really appreciated if it didn't start off the way it did, but hey, brutal fiction sometimes does that, doesn't give you a choice. I loved 1942, but didn't like Clockwork Orange. One used violence to tell a message, whereas the other just seemed to be gratuitous violence until a message eventually precipitated. This feels much more like the latter, which really isn't my favorite. Especially since the message that will ultimately come here is: sex. Lol OG review below: I love serious stuff, in fact, you can see a Big Daddy is my profile picture. That said, I also like smexy. Somehow, the combination of the two here really sets me off, and I think it comes down to me not really having a rape or ugly man fetish. This game just sorta evokes a whole vibe of "creeps want to sex you" and it's a REALLY strong vibe. If that's your thing, I think you'll find a really good eroge here. For me unfortunately, I like corruption, I like monster stuff, but the fact that you're entirely surrounded in dirt and filth, even the characters who are "good" look like they'd rape you in a back alley, I think the art style just pushed it too far for me in combination with everything else. That said, I think the gameplay has potential, the writing is good, the art is good(though too grungy for me). If I had anyone I knew who was a creep, I'd recommend to them, but to the majority of folks on Steam trying to play some interesting eroge, I'd probably say stay away.

  This is not even a game, its impossible to play and the combat/healing system makes zero sense. Interesting story at the start, but downhill immediately as you explore the word in a doom style first person with zero idea what the heck you're supposed to be doing. Absolute garbage.

  always loved this game when I played it years ago with an unofficial translation, good to see it's been respected with a proper one now.

  Just finished the game and I recommend it not only does this game have a great story with different endings the art and ecchi scenes are great much better than LiliPalace

  Disclaimer: My steam playtime is not indicative of how much time I've actually spent on this game. Lilitales is a first person dungeon crawler/visual novel. It is not an RPGMaker game. It runs on another engine entirely. It's a quality H game with top tier production quality and writing, and it might be KaguraGames' best game yet. Even without a sale, at 17 bucks, it's already a steal, as you can easily squeeze over 20 hours of gameplay out of it, and it's voice acted to boot. Imagine this: an H game with bad art can be carried by its writing, and likewise, an H game with bad writing can be carried by its art. Lilitales is a game with both amazing writing and art, both inside and outside H scenes. There is an actual plot with proper worldbuilding, character development, and all that good shit. The H scenes are at the same level of quality, and usually describe events in great "detail," making you feel very "immersed" in what is transpiring on screen. Be aware though, that there is little to no vanilla content in this game. The dungeon crawling gameplay, while no Etrian Odyssey, is still very well thought out and enjoyable. It was interesting enough for me to want to keep playing to the end. They clearly didn't just slap it on for the sake of having gameplay; they actually wanted to create an interesting and fun primary gameplay loop. At certain points it devolves into mindless grinding though, as is the standard for old-school dungeon crawler games like these. TLDR: Dungeon crawler/RPG/visual novel H game. 20+ hours of content, voice acting for H scenes and story scenes, fun gameplay, great artwork and stellar writing. An H game with genuine time and effort put into it. Buy it. It's one of KaguraGames' best games yet.
