Event Horizon: Frontier is a base defense game set in the Event Horizon universe. Defend your space station from aliens from over twelve different factions, while carefully upgrading your fleet and your space station. Choose your fleet from an expanse of ships to suit your playstyle, and use the best weapons and modules you have to hand to destroy invaders. In your travels, you will find new spaceships to use, destroy giant space worms and discover exotic modules to upgrade your ships.

Over 100 unique ships - New ships can be unlocked as you progress through the game, from small frigates to capital ships
Fully modular ships - Change the internal layout of your ships to use different weapons, add more armor and much more
Massive fleet battles - Rally up a fleet of ships to help you defend your space station against dozens of alien invaders

Real effort and care went into crafting this game. There is a lot of customization with your ship and other things. Game even seems to have good deal of content, but... tragically the gameplay loop is just dull.

This version got abandoned. There is a good game there, but the mobile version is more updated than this one.

honestly a goddamn depressing game ill tell ya, devs refuse to update the pc version all because they want to have the old HC (holy cannon) buffs while not letting anyone else play the new content on pc. this feels like a scam nowadays, dont get it, get the mobile version instead, or if you must, get the pc version of EH, it atleast got the updates.

Would love to rave about it but the game is unplayable on PC, as in it doesn't run on PC. There has been no response from the dev and we are thus far without hope of a fix.

i literally just bought this game the other day and I should have read the reviews because I've been playing it and the controls suck. The mobile version is more up to date. this game is just trash. FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO SAVE THERE MONEY, DO NOT BUY AND DOWNLOAD. I already did the labor for you by buying it. I advice you don't make the same mistake as i did

Bought Frontier because Event Horizon on Switch is fantastic and I thought this would be more of the same but also allow base building, but it's kind of garbage. As usual the interface is buggy and terrible (same as on Switch, really); this would be tolerable but the worst thing is the camera is totally broken. Every time you turn your ship the whole screen lurches horribly around this weird centre-point slightly in front of the ship. I only managed to tolerate several minutes of play. This doesn't seem to be configurable in options and I have no idea if controllers are supported or not. By comparison the Switch version runs like a dream (shonky UI aside) with no camera rubbish, shame they haven't released Frontier for that.
