  Your kidding right? $15 for two helicopters? Anyone reading this your better off not buying this obvious excuse of Money farming, and just wait till a community creates a mod that does the exact same thing for free..... This DLC should have been a free update considering that they released the game in a condition that actually requires DLC's or mods to improve the quality of the game. AND the fact that such little is added to the game in this DLC alone. (refering to the two helicopters you have access to buying on purchasing the DLC) I SAY AGAIN DO NOT BUY its a waste of money. wait till a sale or something and even then only contemplate buying this until its within the 2.99 mark (unless of course you purchase this with the intent of supporting bohemia)

  i play arma3 quite a bit so i got it but some of these features should have been vanilla. I'm allowing myself this one purchase against my better judgement, but next paid for DLC better actually be worth it. Cons Cheater hud doesnt have RPM. Auto rotations very easy very forgiving very unrealistic. you could almost fly level across a runway with no power. ground effects barely noticeable cannot feel it. cannot feel the tranistional states of flight if they exist in this sim. just pitching foward can set off rpm warning, on the taxiway.... nothing worth busting out my HOTAS.

  Going to be honest: The meat and potatoes (read: every feature you care about) comes free to the game you already have. There is literally little to no reason to spend $16 for access to the two helicopters that you or your group will rarely use due to them being specialized. There will be free mods with rotorlib support in little to no time. Wait it out until it goes on sale if you absolutely must or just don't bother.

  $15 for 2 damn helis and shooting out of vics? Don't buy this, wait for a sale if keen on getting it because this is a rip off in the most clear form. Again, don't recommend it.

  I like Bohemia and ARMA 3 - I've an alarming amount of CPU time spent on their games since the original Operation Flashpoint. This is rather expensive for not very much. I'm buying it mainly for multiplayer compatibility in case my favourite CTI missions start requiring it - and I don't begrudge it too much, but it does feel a little (ironically) cheap of them to push this out as paid DLC given the state of the game at launch compared to, say, ARMA2. They've been pretty supportive of the modding community and are, all in all, decent developers - but please no more of this. This is almost as expensive as the British Armed Forces pack for ARMA2 which added a seperate campaign, multiple vehicles & guns. (edit: correction - British Armed Forces was cheaper @ £7.99/€8.99/$9.99)

  This is absolute BULL####! The fact that there are only TWO helicopters and BOTH are for TRANSPORT!? Are you even serious about keeping your community base Bohemia? I swear it from this day onwards that I will NOT support any of your games that are released EVER in my life again - and you most definitely will not catch me reccomending this lackluster effort of a game to ANYONE - on the contrary I will make an active effort to warn others away from purchasing this piece of ####! First you release a game in alpha and promise that the entire game will be ready in the next few months, it took you over a year and a half just to release a SINGLE PLAYER CAMPAIGN. HOW can you call it a game when it does not even have a single player campaign? Then you rip off your community by charging $15 for an obvious last minute effort to release a DLC to get a quick bit of money? #### you and your company. Seriously. The expectation for this DLC was atleast 10 different helicopters in mutiple roles - from new attack helicopters and support helicopters, from offering different utilities such as possible winching functions? Yet you are determined to destroy a great franchise and name for a game with your lackluster efforts in releasing both game content and support. I hope I am not the only person who feels this way and that the word is spread because I hope that with these efforts that your company actually hits the banks and liquidates because frankly the ARMA reputation would be held more intact with you going bankrupt than with your current efforts. -This is coming from a veteran ARMA player who has bought into your franchise for many years (just check my steam library if you doubt this). LONG STORY SHORT: DO NOT BUY THIS DLC, THE DLC PACK OR EVEN ARMA 3 THE GAME AS YOU ARE GAURENTEED TO BE RIPPED OFF BY MONEY-HUNGRY LACKLUSTER LAZY PROGRAMMERS THAT HAVE GOTTEN TOGETHER TO RUIN THE NAME OF A GREAT FRANCHISE. THE GAME IS AVERAGE AT BEST, AND ANY GAME CONTENT PROMISES ARE EMPTY AND LACK DELIVERY. BOHEMIA NEEDS TO BUCK UP BEFORE ANYONE SHOULD EVEN CONSIDER PURCHASING ANY OF ITS GAMES OR DLC'S.

  everythinng negative you read on these comments and forums is right , its really not worth it , after installing the dlc the host software runs even worse...multiplayer is unplayable, you will only get time on this client in the editor alone and the performance there will also be inconsistant, they have alot to do before this game / sim is ready for launch and this dlc is only more fuel for the fire, save your money because you really do only get 2 helicopters and a whole lot more bugs.

  not worth its money. I really expected more and actually I bought it cause every second chopper in Epoch mod is a DLC Helicopter ... planned by the makers of epoch mod ?? Well i love the ARMA serious but i really regret that i bought this dlc. Should have spent it on buying something else!

  I want to learn to fly helicopters and to support BIS, so I bought this as part of the DLC bundle. This is definitely a 'not worth it' DLC. First off, there's only 2 helicopters, but more importantly, I'd love to have seen a pile of trial run's, challenges, and scenarios included with them to help me learn to fly better. That would be a big NOPE!
