  The game play is almost TOO simple and repetitive. The game offers little-to-nothing in terms of strategy or tactics in the ring and quickly devolves into mindless button-mashing. The Wrestler Creator is wonky. At best. To get any real details onto a character you create, you have to use resources and/or programs from outside the game (e.g. photoshop) to get them into the game. What's worse is, after fumbling around with that, you have to upload the characters you manage to make online and then download them all over just to be able to use them. That's just lazy programming! All in all, this game has been a complete and utter disappointment.

  I wish I could recommend this game. The short amount I got to play was fun, and I was strongly reminded of my favorite N64 wrestling games. Plus, creating wrestlers on the Wrestle Lab adds another great element. Unfortunately, after only a week, the game started crashing every time I loaded it. I reached out to the developers via Steam and Discord—no response. One year later, and it's still unplayable. It's cheap, but don't waste your money!

  Oh what a little hidden gem. This game pops up while I search for others, it instantly reminds me of a wrestling arcade (might be from Capcom) I played as a kid, surprised me I still have that memory, This game has pretty solid gameplay - no additional cutscene so I imagine the money is well spent. The training session is serious and you need to pass everything to enter the game, which is good. I am using a keyboard but the key binding is comfortable and easy, I did not experience any difficulties. I played a bit against CPU but soon I found out the real fun is watching 3 vs 3 group wrestling, rather than participating. It comes to a mess of ridiculously hilarious gang fights. I don't watch much WWE but the pick-up and throws, various kinds of ground hits, dashes, items (bat, hammer, chairs) hit together with some specials including laser eyes and fire breath all look good, and feel authentic. There are around 10 characters to pick up, and the workshop allows new creations. I'd say it's more amusing than watching a real fight. My curator page

  hate to say it but action arcade wrestling is pretty boring and dull it's really not that good of a game. as it stands now it's bare bones and feels unfinished, the controls are meh(neither bad nor exceptionally good) the A.I is almost non existent so it pretty much feels like you are just beating up a mannequin that will occasionally move and sometimes attempt to do a wrestling hold so matches are a rather one side affair no matter which difficulty you choose. if i wasn't hoping for it to get better i'd ask for a refund as twenty dollarydoos is honestly not worth the asking price for what little the game has to offer. As it stands now fire pro wrestling is twenty dollars more and is a more worth while experience than this, hell I'd even say mdickies wrestling revolution which is only fourteen dollars is a more enjoyable experience for the price while the A.I isn’t very good it’s still there and the game is just so stupid it’s actually fun to play in short burst all things action arcade wrestling sorely lacks. I'll update this review once I've played more of it, but these are just my quick initial thoughts on the game

  The A.I. is non existent. Seriously, watched a CPU controlled match and it was awful. They stand around for dozens of seconds trying to figure out what to do. When an opponents health is zero they keep attacking instead of pinning them. Then for whatever a character will stay down when they have plenty of stamina instead of getting up. This game needed longer dev time. Skip it, stick with Fire Pro, or whatever other wrestling game is out there. Not even worth it on a sale.

  This game has a place in the set of currently available wrestling video games out there, in part because it has a different combination of pros and cons. Pros: 1. The creation suite is good, although you must post your wrestler online if you wish to use it. 2. The action is acceptable, and it comes nearer to an American style of fantasy wrestling than to a Japanese style. 3. You can play multiplayer, against the computer, or cpu versus cpu. The cpu is not perfect, but it is watchable and does not fall into the same routines that other games do. For instance, in WWE2k, you can tell what a cpu wrestler will do distinctly before it does it, and it looks the same every time. In Fire Pro, the cpu is more variable but most of the moves do not look awesome or powerful. This game falls somewhere between those two points: the moves look acceptable and are not as telegraphed. 4. It is not as resource-draining as WWE2k. 5. There are download limits, but at 60 items per day, which is not as draconian as WWE2k's system. 6. Most likely the download servers will not go down after 1.5 years. Cons: 1. The game does certainly lack many features that the top wrestling games have. For instance, the wrestlers do not have any visible physical stats. 2. The wrestlers do have customizable move-sets, but not as thorough a selection as those in the top wrestling games. 3. While the possible looks for the wrestlers are highly variable, the graphics are not high-end and considerable effort is required to make them look good. 4. It does not have Fire Pro's strong scheduling system. Neutral: The game is intentionally designed to be arcade-like, with occasional grabbable power-ups and variable goals that occur occasionally. These seem to be fun for those who are into them. People who wish to be fully immersed in the physical aspect of wrestling may find them distracting, but that is all a matter of taste. update: I thought I had found some bugs, but they were on my end

  This game is awesome!! I love creating things.. I love creating things and watching them fight. This game allows me to do just that. The creation kit/wrestle factory is leaps and bounds above the rest. 2k what? Anyways, I'm addicted.   Fun game. Very very glitchy, but fun. I like it. It's not No Mercy but the CAW is a great feature. What I'd like to see: A taunt button, and be able to select more taunts. A way to grapple characters from behind and have separate grapple /strike moves for the back. A way to switch grapple from front to back grapple. In the CAW, a way to make wrestlers shorter/taller. Andre the giant should not be the same height as Rey Mysterio Jr. An option to have blood in the game. Injuries. If you injure a limb, eventually the limb will get weaker and the wrestler will limp, can't slam, etc... These are some suggestions. Overall its a very good game, and I hope the developers can improve it.

  While I'm sure many would say there are better wrestling games out there, this one has that which most do not. Charm. The game itself is solid as an arcade wrestler but the true appeal is the ability to create your own wrestler with such freedom (you can DL and wrestle as the necronomicon....). I hope this does well and I hope they get cooler loading screens because this game is pretty darn cool
