  Very fun gamified recreation of the anime. The gameplay loop does get repetitive after a while but it is definitely worth buying if and only if it is on sale.   This game is an ode to the fans. The gameplay is fun and addictive and the story spans from S01 all the way to S03, with the full cast of characters! Laugh, cry and fight alongside them. There's also special mission where you can rescue all the characters, making the story's brutal parts seem like a bad dream (well, almost, as you still have to witness a bunch of Titans eating people, but you know, at least your faves can still be alive). Also, you can get saved by Levi Ackerman *swoon* All in all, if you're a fan of the franchise, you'll most likely enjoy this!

  This game needed to get one thing right: the movement HAD to be good. Similar to Spiderman, botching the movement kills your game before anything else can save it. And the movement here is rock solid. Like any other Muso game, it is a blast to go out and cut down swarms of titans; but, like any other Muso game, the repetition is very apparent and you have to be willing to forgive it that, in order to enjoy. The physics on titans will go nuts when cutting off legs (something the original didn’t have issues with, oddly), and that can make some attack patterns become less than ideal, forcing you to burn more gas to readjust. But, as I said of the original, this game is better than it had any right to be.
