  i like the sims physics, it feels good and fairly realistic, although the scenery's and flying fields are absolutely horrible. the depth perception is pretty much non-existent in pretty much every scene except for 1 field. aside from the maps being 100% cancer, this sim will do what its supposed to and teach the muscle memory you need to keep your real planes and helis in the air but overall i think i would recommend realflight 9.5 over this sim any day. its worth the extra money spent.

  I love the detail of the helicopters in this game but maintaining orientation of one? Close to impossible in this simulator when more than 10 feet away from you. The zoom camera in this game is horrible. Zooms way too far in to where you can't see the ground until it's 5 feet from the heli. Smart cam is also horrible because once you take off, the heli becomes a tiny little spec even with a 700 size. This problem makes this simulator a horrible learning tool. Wish they could do something more like RealFlight's camera system because the heli's fly great, you just can't see them.

  I am a long time RealFlight simulator heli pilot. After upgrading my GPU for some 1080P gaming, my RealFlight 9.5 simulator has some display issues. I had hoped the newly released RealFlight Evolution would bring some nice features to the table, but it did not, not 99 dollars worth in my opinion. I decided to try AccuRC and I regret to have waited this long to try it. It is light years ahead of RealFlight when it comes to helicopters. I'm very pleased with it. Buh bye RealFlight! No Evolution for this pilot!

  AccuRC has been (& still is) my go-to training platform for flying 3D aerobatics helicopters for over three years. Up until recently, I have had not internet so, don't believe my playtime. Steam does not count offline playtime. In the three years (& counting), I spend about one-to-two hours every day practising & honing my skills as a pilot in this simulator. The physics engine is Unity, which is fantastic. I see this engine in many other games here on Steam (BeamNG.Drive comes to mind, here), & it's an amazing physics engine. The flight characteristics of each helicopter in AccuRC are legit the same as their IRL counterparts. The only difference that you will notice with flying in AccuRC, is that all you are doing is flying a virtual version of your helicopter. I own three of the helicopters that are used in this simulator (Kraken 700, OMPHOBBY M2 V2, Align T-Rex 500 ESP (albeit, the T-Rex 500 ESP 3G - Align's first generation "flybarless" helicopter), & I love the fact that I can fine tune their flight performance to my own personal preferences. I often use the setups of these models as benchmarks for my helicopters IRL, & it translates to the real thing seamlessly. One more thing I love about AccuRC is that they have an active Discord Server, & it is easy to get in touch with the developers. If you have any troubles with the simulator, the developers & other users of AccuRC in the Discord Server are willing to lend a helping hand to get you up & running. Now, to the dislikes about AccuRC. What I don't like is the bugs that are present in AccuRC. Some helicopter models are practically unflyable (especially the ones with internal combustion engines); One or two of the electric helicopters have missing textures on them; & there is a physics bug that is present in every RC simulator that uses photographic backgrounds to depict your flying field, & that's to do with the ground plane. The ground plane is positioned much higher than what you think it is, relative to the photographic background. This becomes even more apparent, when you are performing Smackdown 3D (Also known as Proximity 3D & Proximity Flying. It's a genre of aerobatics where the maneuvers are performed in extremely close proximity to the ground with the intention of creating the illusion of the helicopter crashing). Because of this ground plane issue, it makes practising Smackdown 3D nigh-on-impossible. Another thing that may grind some peoples' gears (but, not mine. Because I understand the nature of software development, being a developer myself), is development on AccuRC has slowed to an almost grinding halt. I see some people get irate over this & the devs _do_ have their reasons for it (which is understandable). I would prefer that the developers take their time with writing AccuRC, so that they can get this done _right_ the _first time,_ as opposed to rushing it out the door & it ends up virtually being a janky mess that's virtually unplayable. IE Quality. _Not_ quantity. All-in-all, AccuRC is a wonderful simulator & it has been (& still is) monumental in helping me teach myself to become a better pilot; & I will _always_ recommend this simulator to _anyone_ that wants to get into the wonderful world of flying RC helicopters. =^/,..,^=

  I have tried accurc, and was greatly underwhelmed: 1. "Made with Unity" (Although unity is a great platform for "mobile" game-development, I feel it has too much bias towards the "mobile" part: it yields a cumbersome -if not unpleasant- user-interface on a PC) 2. Lack of fine-tuning of available hardware. 3. It works, but that's about it. No "real" extras. 4. At almost every launch, the previous "vjoy" settings are either forgotten, out-of-sync, or gone. (Making recalibration almost always a necessity. ) After about 6 hours of playtime, I opted for a refund. You may have a different experience, expecially if you don't fly r/c helicopters in real life, then this "game" might come close to what you expect it to be. But, if you fly real r/c models "accurc" -despite it's name- might not be for you. After a longer search for an R/C helicopter (and plane) simulator, I stumbled upon: "Heli-X". Try the Heli-x demo first, and then decide if accurc is suitable for you. (This is not a plug, merely an observation.)

  Any usb transmitter that the Windows Operating system natively supports, is the main feature that allured me to this Accurc simulator. The graphics is just sublime, I have an Asus GTX 1080 Strix, 6700k, 32GB ram, every thing is nice and smooth. The best part about it is the realism feel that you get from using this simulator. Lastly the very responsive technical support, great friendly people. If you're looking for the cutting edge realistic feel, with continuous software updates, this is the ticket.   The sim is ok for single player but for online multiplayer, it sucks really bad...REALLY BAD! The multiplayer option should be taken out if they will not fix it. I like the sim but the reason I bought it is to play with others online. So sad.
