This will not only help the dispatcher to better understand the incident but also will give them enough insight to properly guide the caller. The app will also provide service such as: sending GPS location, demonstrate CPR instruction video and help the dispatcher to send proper help base on the situation. *Note: due to the app using GPS location, internet and video call , it may use more cellphone battery than other apps.
