Seniors Beginner Workout - 20  簡介

In this 20-minute workout that features exercises for seniors, we lead older adults through a workout featuring a warm up, strength, flexibility, balance exercises and a cool down. Designed specifically for adults over age 50, this workout can be done at home, at work, at the gym—almost anywhere! You'll need a sturdy chair with arms; two equally weighed objects like dumbbells, soup cans, or water bottles; a mat; and a towel. The App also includes instructions on how to modify some of the exercises to meet different needs.

Just because you are 50+ years old, that does not give you the right to stop taking care of your body. It is important for mature adults to continue or begin a healthy lifestyle to live a long and healthy life.
