  No SteamVR mode for Oculus users, so if you want to use any steamvr tools of any kind you are fucked. They pulled a saint and sinners on us sadly.

  jesus christ this is some of the most outdated gameplay I've ever seen literally fallout 4 VR leves of awfulness it did make me laugh more than any other VR game I've played before and It does come free with the main game so like a decent 7/10

  First few seconds into the tutorial and im spinning uncontrollably, everything is glitching out, the frame rate on the tutorial which mind you im running hardware stronger than a PSVR is at 30fps max (the tutorial is empty rooms btw). If that somehow wasn't bad enough for you going into a real level causes even more fps drops, i averaged around 10 at most. Input delay also happened. Agent 47's locomotion is strange as his body doesn't really sync with yours and constantly clips, walks strangely like he's crab walking and many other explainable things. This is frankly a embarrassment considering the state of the PSVR being in somehow a better state on lesser hardware and with less development time. Its free and the flat screen game is still the same great quality as the rest of the trilogy but as it is right now DO NOT PLAY THIS OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. I will change my recommendation however if this game does patch the issues into something better but that may be some time away before that happens.

  This is clearly the worst VR port I ever played, and I played so many, there is some VR mod for flat games made by one personn in his garage that are so much better than this, I just don't understand how IO interactive manage to miss the opportunity to made a great VR game by releasing this...

  the vr in this game is the worst ever

  problem 1: aiming just does not work, you will never shoot where you are aiming. problem 2: agent 47 gets parkinsons and his hands start shaking. problem 3: you cant use two hands on your pistol to increase accuracy, and when you get a two handed weapon (shotgun for example) you have to KEEP YOUR HAND UNDER THE GUN, not hold trigger, not hold grip, just hold your hand up. not to mention that you cant change the direction of your gun with your other hand, unlike every other vr game ever fucking made. problem 4: dark as shit problem 5: everything has 0.5 seconds of input lag, ive played this on quest 2 with virtual desktop and oculus link, and both have extreme input delay. problem 6: nothing fucking works correctly play boneworks or pavlov instead how did nobody at IO notice how shit this was before releasing it?

  This is simply the worst VR performance I've ever had. I love the Hitman Trilogy, so it's extremely disappointing to see this half baked VR port. First off, the controls are god-awful! I'm astounded at some of the choices they made. Running anywhere requires precise finger movements that, most of the time, will have you running into the wall or tip-toeing at a snail's pace. Even if you do manage to put one foot in front of the other, Agent 47's entire torso starts gyrating like you just tilted an N64 cartridge. It doesn't help that the same button you use to walk straight is the same button you use to open your inventory, which is also the same button to drop the item from your inventory immediately alerting everyone in the vicinity. You're constantly fighting the controls just so you can walk forward. Subduing NPCs is also a huge problem. Whenever I've tried to grab an NPC from behind, they get launched into the air and forever float into the abyss. Either that, or I end up knocking my hands into the back of their head and get shot at. The bubble at your chest that you use to grab the selected item from your inventory often times gets in the way of whatever you're trying to interact with. More commonly, when reaching over to grab the item from the bubble, Agent 47's entire body turns to the left. Meaning I have to reach past my left shoulder just to grab my pistol. The game also looks super fuzzy if you play it on the default settings. Even after adjusting to a better performance, it still looks like someone rubbed vaseline in 47's eyes. I will give credit where it's due, though. When the game is functional, it's a ton of fun. I've never laughed harder at any VR game. I also have to give huge props for having this be free with the base game instead of paying an extra $60. Overall it is a fun experience to mess around with, but is functionally impossible to play as of right now.
